Warranty

Easy Fireproofing warrants all manufactured components against defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of sale.  All purchased components are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.  This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, or damage caused by improper usage, lack of maintenance or negligence.

This warranty extends to the original purchaser and when the equipment is installed and operated within the Easy Fireproofing written recommendations.  The claimed defect will be returned prepaid by the purchaser for inspection.  If the defect is verified Easy Fireproofing will repair or replace it free of charge.  If the claimed defect is not verified, repairs will be recommended that may include the cost of the part, labor, and shipping.
